We built Freshio Smart to clean your phone — not to collect your life. This policy explains what we do and don't do with your information.
This Privacy Policy describes how LONG GRASS TRADING LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Freshio Smart mobile application and the website freshio-smart-cleanup.com (together, the "Service"). By using Freshio Smart, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
Freshio Smart is a storage-cleaning tool. The core features — Smart Cleaning, Similar & Duplicate Photos, Secret Space and the Video Compressor — operate on your device. Your photos, videos and the contents of your Secret Space are processed locally and are not uploaded to our servers unless a feature explicitly requires it and you have given consent.
When you contact us — for example, through our Contact form or by email — we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
To clean and organise your storage, the app requests permission to access your photo library, videos and files. This access is used solely to provide the app's features on your device. We do not read, copy or transmit the contents of your media library to us.

Media you move into Secret Space is stored locally within the app and protected by the passcode you set. We cannot access, recover or reset the contents of your Secret Space. Please keep your passcode safe — if it is lost, we are unable to restore access on your behalf.

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Diagnostic and analytics data is kept in aggregated or de-identified form where possible. Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Freshio Smart is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated through the app or website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
